What it takes to become a Dripping Springs Elite Realtor

Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a Texas licensed Agent or Broker and have a physical office in or live in MLS area HD (Mandatory)

To fully qualify you have a minimum of 4 additional requirements. See below

· Completion of five (5) real estate transactions within a fifteen (15) mile radius of Ranch Road 12 & Hwy 290 within any rolling twelve (12) consecutive months of the current or previous year.

· Achievement of $5 million in sales volume within a fifteen (15) mile radius of Ranch Road 12 & Hwy 290 within any rolling twelve (12) consecutive months of the current or previous year.

· Achievement of $5 million in sales volume in farm and ranch properties within a one hundred (100) mile radius of Ranch Road 12 & Hwy 290 within any rolling twelve (12) consecutive months of the current or previous year.

· Completion of $1 million in sales volume in commercial real estate within a one hundred (100) mile radius of Ranch Road 12 & Hwy 290 within any rolling twelve (12) consecutive months of the current or previous year.

· Over ten (10) years of experience in the real estate industry.

· Submission of a letter of recommendation from a current DSE member, a previous broker, a current or past client, or a real estate professional with whom the applicant has participated in a transaction within the past 2 years.

· Active involvement in a professional real estate organization or service on a real estate board or committee within the past five (5) years.

· Served on a Non-Profit Board of Directors, on a government committee or commission, or in a leadership capacity at a Charity Based in the Austin area within the past five (5) years.

· Volunteered for a non-profit organization in a recognized capacity within the past five (5) years.

· Over $10 million in sales volume OVERALL (to include sales from all areas) within any rolling twelve (12) consecutive months of the current or previous year.

· Participated in the development of a property or building to create an investment return as a managing member or principal within the past five (5) years.
