What it takes to become a Dripping Springs Elite Realtor
• Validation of three (3)+ years as a Texas licensed Broker or Agent
• Minimum $5M+ in production in last calendar year or previous 12 months
• 8+ Sold transactions within a 15 mile radius of the intersection of Ranch Road 12 and Highway 290 in Dripping Springs.
• No more than 50% of the dollar amount of Broker/Agent production may be generated from one seller.
• Community involvement is evaluated and encouraged.
• Broker/Agent must have a professional company office or home office in Dripping Springs/Area HD.
• Broker/Agent shall operate at the highest levels of professionalism and ethics while carrying a positive message into the community.
• Members must attend a minimum of 70% of the monthly group meetings and tours per year.
