Before earning her real estate license, Carlisle spent six years in the mortgage industry—an experience she continues to draw on today to help her buyers and sellers. She also worked in design for three years—a role she credits with helping her see “the big picture” and better illustrate diamond-in-the-rough property potential. For the past decade, Carlisle has continued to grow her expertise in contracts, negotiations, and inspections.

A seventh generation Texan, Carlisle grew up in Dallas. After graduating from Texas Tech University, she moved to Austin where she’s lived for the past 20 years (she’s called North Austin, Barton Creek, Westlake, and Brykerwoods home). Today, Carlisle lives in Dripping Springs with her 2 children. When she’s not helping clients, she enjoys traveling, playing outside with her kids, trying new restaurants, and exploring the Hill Country. To give back to her beloved community, she stays involved in the Texas Tech Alumni Association, Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, Habitat for Humanity, CASA, National Charity League and many local non-profits
