Kristen is a native Austinite who has watched the development of Austin and the surrounding communities from a front-row seat since the 1970s. Kristen graduated from The University of Texas in Austin and spent her early career days in real estate in the Lake Travis area while building her successful Real Estate Appraisal business as well as selling real estate around West Austin, Dripping Springs, and Lake Travis. Always devoted to teaching and supporting others, she has mentored other Appraisers and Realtors and has continued to specialize in market trend analysis. She believes this training and her love of detail, organization, strong communication, and industry knowledge help her serve her clients with the utmost professionalism.

Real estate sales are her passion. Working with people during what is likely the most emotional financial transaction of their lives allows Kristen to use her skills to both educate her clients and help them navigate a complicated process with the understanding of a professional with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. She is passionate about all things real estate related and is dedicated to her client’s needs. Kristen works diligently to continue to grow her expertise by earning accreditations, including the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute) and has cultivated an extensive network. She is an office top producer, and earns the trust of her clients through attention to detail, discretion, and world-class service.

Kristen met her husband early in life and has been lucky to have been married to him since 2000. They have three amazing kids who are all proud Longhorns. She resides in West Austin outside of Dripping Springs and is devoted to the community, volunteering her time in various school activities and booster club organizations as well as the Young Men’s Service League. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family and friends and can be found running on the various trails or hanging out just west of Fredricksburg at the family ranch. Most of their spare time is spent rooting their kids while they live their best lives.
