A proud Austin native, Samantha grew up in the Eanes ISD. She graduated from Westlake High School in 1995. She played collegiate volleyball on a full scholarship while earning her BBA in Marketing at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Real estate is in her DNA—her family’s business has served the Austin area since 1982, and as a second-generation Realtor, she’s been helping clients manage, buy, sell, and invest since 2000. In 2016, she and her husband Arden took the reins of Eanes Properties as the co-owners, continuing its legacy of excellence.

Samantha specializes in investment properties, listings, and property management. Her company has been named one of the top property management firms six years in a row by Expertise.com, was voted Best Realtor in Austin (2016) by the Austin Chronicle, and is a Top 500 Austin award winner by Austin Real Producers for 2025.

Samantha believes in doing business by the Golden Rule—treating every client with the same honesty, respect, and dedication she would want for herself. She is known for her integrity, strong work ethic, and personalized service, ensuring each client feels valued and supported throughout their real estate journey.

Beyond real estate, Samantha and her husband love flipping and holding investment properties, spending time with their 9-year-old daughter Kate, caring for their 3 rescue dogs, and playing beach volleyball. They enjoy all that Dripping Springs’ hill country charm has to offer. She loves supporting and visiting the many wonderful small businesses in the area.

She holds multiple professional designations, including Accredited Buyers Specialist, is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, E-Pro, and is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors and National Association of Property Managers. She is also an Alpha Kappa Psi alumna.
