Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals was formed in 2016 when a small group of local Realtors and RE professionals began meeting to address the unique challenges of the Hill Country market. In 2017, the group formally launched as an organized alliance of brokers and agents committed to elevating professionalism, collaboration, and community impact in Dripping Springs.
What makes DS Elite distinct is simple: members represent different brokerages, yet collaborate intentionally to improve buying and selling experiences across the market.

Meet the Board of Directors and Committee Leadership
Steve Mallett — President
As President, Steve provides strategic direction and serves as the public face of DS Elite. He oversees the organization’s vision, ensures alignment across committees, and represents the group in the broader community.
Steve also serves as Board Liaison to the Advertiser Committee, reinforcing the importance of strong partnerships between Realtors and trusted service professionals.
Under his leadership, DS Elite continues to raise the bar in collaboration and market excellence.
Kim Burke — Vice President
The Vice President supports the President while helping execute initiatives across committees. Kim plays a critical role in operational oversight, ensuring projects are completed with intention and professionalism.
She also serves as Board Liaison to both the Community Non-Profit Committee and the Communication Committee, helping ensure that charitable giving efforts and internal messaging remain aligned with the organization’s mission.
Alexia Dauterive — Treasurer
As Treasurer, Alexia safeguards the financial integrity of DS Elite. She manages budgeting, oversees expenditures, and ensures financial transparency for events, charitable donations, and member initiatives.
She also serves as Board Liaison to the Tour Committee, helping support one of the organization’s most visible and valuable member offerings: curated property tours.
Strong financial stewardship allows DS Elite to grow responsibly while continuing to give back locally.
Carlisle Kennedy — Secretary
Carlisle maintains governance, documentation, and organizational continuity. From recording minutes to preserving official records, her role ensures that decisions are transparent and properly executed.
She also serves as Board Liaison to multiple committees, including:

Her involvement ensures operational cohesion across member events, quarterly education programs, and networking initiatives.
Sasha Vasquez — Co-Secretary
As Co-Secretary, Sasha supports communication and coordination within the organization. She helps maintain documentation while also serving as Board Liaison to the Marketing Committee, ensuring brand consistency, social presence, and event promotion align with board strategy.
Her leadership bridges internal operations with external visibility.
