Q: What is your favorite part of being an agent?

A: I enjoy sharing my expertise with my clients and truly getting to know them. Real estate is such a relationship business, and having a trusting, reliable, and close connection with my clients is a true blessing Frankly, I’m typically a little bit sad when we sign docs at the closing table as I’ve spent so much time working my clients, they’ve become my friends.

Q: What do you like most about being an agent in the Dripping Springs area?

A: I excel at and thoroughly enjoy collaborating, strategizing, and working closely with my clients—whether they are buyers, sellers, or investors. My goal is to guide them through each step of the process to ensure they have an exemplary real estate experience. Though I’m a native Austinite, I’ve lived and worked in Dripping Springs and the surrounding area for over 20 years. The beauty of the Texas Hill Country never ceases to humble me and I love sharing it with others.

Q: What is your superpower (specialty)?

A: My superpower is what I call “technical intuition,” which comes from nearly 22 years as a Realtor. I can quickly assess properties to determine which are stellar and solid, and which may require significant work or an inordinate financial investment. I also can give my clients a solid estimate of how much they could invest in a property without over investing and then finding themselves “upside down.” These skills allow me to guide my buyers and sellers with confidence when purchasing or improving their properties.

Q: If you could describe your ideal day, what would it look like?

A: I’m an early bird, so my ideal day starts before sunrise with some quiet time and coffee and a good workout or walk in the neighborhood. Then, it’s off to work with my wonderful clients. Every day is different, and I love meeting with my sellers and buyers—it keeps things exciting!

Q: What is the value of being a member of DS Elite that benefits your clients?

A: As a founding member of DS Elite, I find immense value in the relationships with other agents. We share local and industry-specific information and resources, and the synergy between us benefits all of our clients. The assistance and collaboration among members make us all stronger and is a real value-add to my clients.

Q: When you aren’t closing deals and making your clients overjoyed, what do you like to do?

A: I adore traveling to and exploring new places, reading (I’ve had a book in my hand or on my nightstand every day since I learned to read in first grade), baking, antiquing, hiking, studying owls and working on jigsaw puzzles.

Q: What’s something new that’s going on with you that you’d like the community to know?

A: After more than two decades in real estate, I’ve decided to get my broker’s license! I’m excited to take this next step in my career.
