Q: What do you like most about being an agent in Dripping Springs and Austin?

“I love helping people find the perfect place to call home. Whether it’s first-time buyers, families upgrading, or investors, every client becomes like family to me. Q: What is your favorite part of being an agent?

“Real estate is more than just a financial transaction—it's a deeply emotional journey. I take pride in guiding my clients from start to finish, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a smooth process. Seeing their joy at closing is what drives me. My background in technology and marketing helps me showcase properties effectively, attract motivated buyers, and deliver results, often selling listings above asking price.”

Q: What is your superpower?

“My superpower is communication and planning. I stay connected and available, always one step ahead to meet my clients’ needs. My clients appreciate my responsiveness and hands-on approach. I’m also a strong negotiator, securing win-win results at the closing table. My extensive network of local resources ensures my clients have everything they need during and after the sale.”

Q: If you could describe your ideal day, what would it look like?

“An ideal day would include a morning workout, followed by productive hours managing listings and offers. I’d have a lunch meeting with a client or friend, then spend the afternoon showing homes and negotiating deals. Ending the day with my family, maybe cooking dinner together or enjoying the outdoors, makes it perfect.”

“I started selling real estate in 2007 during the recession, so I’ve navigated both up and down markets successfully. I hold numerous designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, and more, which help me serve my clients better. As a UT grad and Longhorn fan, I have loved living in Austin and I’m proud to have found this magical place to live called Dripping Springs – my home since 2012. My goal is to make every real estate experience enjoyable, less stressful, and ultimately rewarding for my clients.”
