Q: What do you love most about being a real estate agent in Dripping Springs?
A: What I love most about being a realtor in Dripping Springs is the strong sense of community and the small-town feel. Even though it’s growing, Dripping Springs has managed to keep that welcoming, close-knit vibe where neighbors genuinely know and look out for each other. The friendliness of the people here makes it such a special place — it’s not uncommon to see folks gathering at local events, supporting small businesses, and coming together for school and community activities. It’s a place where people still wave to each other on the road and take the time to connect, which makes helping clients find a home here even more rewarding.
Q: What is your favorite part of being a real estate agent?
A: My favorite part of being a realtor is helping people find a place that truly feels like home. It’s so rewarding to guide clients through such an important milestone and see the excitement when they find the right fit. I also love building relationships with my clients and being part of their journey — whether it’s a first home, a forever home, or an investment. Plus, getting to explore beautiful properties and discover unique features of different homes is a fun bonus!
Q: What is your superpower (specialty) as an agent?
A: My superpower is my ability to build genuine rapport with my clients and become their trusted, lifelong "go-to" person for all things real estate. I take the time to really listen and understand what my clients need, which helps me guide them through the process with confidence and ease. Even after the deal is done, I stay connected — whether they need advice, a referral, or just someone to bounce ideas off of. Building those lasting relationships is what truly sets me apart.
Q: How does being part of Dripping Springs Elite benefit your clients?
A: The most valuable part of being part of Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals is the incredible sense of collaboration and support within the group. It’s a close-knit community of experienced agents who genuinely want to see each other succeed. We regularly share insights, market trends, and off-market opportunities, which gives my clients an advantage when buying or selling. Q: When you aren’t closing deals and making your clients overjoyed, what do you like to do?
A: When I’m not selling homes, I love spending time with my family and visiting my parents' small ranch in Johnson City — it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. I also enjoy spending time with my college-aged daughters, going shopping, spending time outdoors, and cheering on my youngest at lacrosse games. I’m also a big dog lover, so hanging out with my three pups, Stella, Louie, and Winnie, is always a highlight of my day!
