The inspiration behind Essential Next Steps is rooted in Leah and Jon’s own family experience. When they moved from Houston to Dripping Springs 13 years ago, Leah’s parents came with them. Her father’s health was declining, and the transition proved both emotional and eye-opening.

“We were the proverbial deer in the headlights,” Leah shares. “We didn’t know the services or resources available. That experience became the genesis of our business.”
