With more than 30 years of experience, starting as a marketing rep and working to become president of her company, Donna understands every level and detail of the title insurance business. This is what led her back to her favorite position of all: working with customers like Dripping Springs Elite members.
Donna’s key role as sales executive at TNT allows her the opportunity to connect, support, encourage, and inform her customers about current market trends.
“I have the ability to help others in their business, represent a wonderful organization, and give back to the community,” she said. “My greatest joy is connecting with our real estate customers in Dripping Springs, learning their business strategies, personal goals, and discussing ways I can be a contributing part of their successes.”

When asked why a homeowner might select a realtor who is a member of Dripping Springs Elite, Donna doesn’t hesitate with her response. “Dripping Springs is a unique community with many real estate issues specific to the area, so working with a local expert is paramount to a successful transaction for buyers and sellers, especially given the rapid growth in our area.”
“Having been one of the original team members who put together the Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals group, it has been wonderful to see how the group has grown and come together to accomplish so much for Dripping Springs real estate,” she said.
Growing together is exactly what Donna and TNT are all about. In 2017 David Tandy, CEO, brought TNT to Central Texas. With Mother Lode Holding Company as its parent company and 1000 employees-strong across several states, TNT was launched.
“David Tandy is a well-known and respected leader in our industry; having worked with him for over 11 years I know his ability to make great things happen,” Donna said. As the eighth employee hired by TNT, she has been a part of its rapid growth to well over 100 employees. In its first year in business TNT captured one of the top market shares, and continues to be a top ranking company in market share and customer service ratings.
Priorities Aligned
In addition to exceptional customer service, caring for the Dripping Springs community is another way that our organization aligns with TNT.
Like Dripping Springs Elite, TNT encourages all staff to support their local communities and contribute time and resources to local charities. “It is such an important part of our culture. We love our Dripping Springs community, and giving back is particularly important to us,” Donna said.
Some of the local groups they’ve supported in the past include Dripping Springs ISD Education Foundation, RED Arena, Foster Village, Helping Hands, The Friends Foundation, and Friends of the Pound House. “With customers making decisions now based on a conscious mind, this is of the utmost importance,” added Donna.
Attitude of Gratitude
We are incredibly grateful to the Dripping Springs real estate community and the Dripping Springs Elite for their support of our office. This support has allowed us to grow our little Dripping Springs office into one of the most successful locations in the company,” Donna added.
