Meet DS Elite’s Stephanie Pope, an agent with NestHaven Properties. She currently serves as President on the Board of Directors for Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals, and as board liaison for the Education and Social Committees. Let’s find out more about her and what makes her an invaluable Realtor and community advocate:
Q: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
A: It means the world to me that complete strangers are willing to trust me with one of life's biggest decisions. I value that trust more than anything and am honored to hold such a position.
Q: What do you like most about being an agent in Dripping Springs?
A: I love working in Dripping Springs and the surrounding area because of its unique charm and character. There's no place quite like it! I live here, play here, and volunteer here. I have a passion for showing off our town, its people, and its natural beauty. I'm blessed to call so many of the local realtors "friends" which makes my work life even more enjoyable, and it's beneficial to my clients to have those relationships in place.
Q: What is your superpower (specialty)?
A: My superpower is being a survivor. My personal journey has made me an incredibly strong human being, and I carry that strength into my work life. I instill a "we can survive this" attitude with my clients without them even realizing it.
Q: What is the value in being a part of DS Elite that benefits your clients?
A: The biggest value I bring to my clients is the collective knowledge of 24 additional agents from all walks of life, their brokerages, and the unique situations they’ve experienced. I can get support from other DS Elite agents when presented with a challenge that I may not have faced before. We brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and network together. My clients benefit from the comprehensive expertise that comes with using a DS Elite agent.
Our professional organization also includes a valuable resource of top real estate industry service providers such as lenders, title companies, roofers, HVAC specialists, inspectors, attorneys, moving companies and insurance agents. Getting to know each one adds incredible value and resources for my clients.
Q: When you aren’t closing deals and making your clients overjoyed, what do you like to do?
A: I love to spend time with my beautiful children and with "my people" who keep me happy, grounded and strong. When I need a boost, I go to my barn (typically with my dogs closely following) and wrap my arms around one of my horses. If I need a good laugh, I call my chickens and watch them run to me, which is the goofiest thing ever! I also love live music and go to concerts and local venues whenever possible. I’m really a simple girl at heart.
