Dripping Springs Elite Real Estate Professionals launched a new brand identity this month as the organization enters its 7th year of operation.
“Because branding is an organization’s personality, ours was ready for a refresh as we have developed and adapted to the growing Dripping Springs market,” said Edith Austin, STANBERRY Realtors agent and chair of DS Elite’s Marketing Committee.
The designer was asked to create a more sophisticated look and feel that represented DS Elite’s hyper local focus.
“We wanted a logo that incorporated our dedication to Dripping Springs -- keeping our maroon and gold colors to follow the local school district -- DSISD. And we wanted a brand that used DS Elite as that is how we are commonly known. This new mark speaks of our professional organization of top performing REALTORS,” Austin added.
Using a local artist for the redesign, the Marketing Committee cut the designs down from 16 to three, and presented the finalists to the membership as a whole for a vote of the top choice. The new brand conveys “Elite” and sophistication for the Texas Hill Country luxury, ranch and land real estate that is today’s Dripping Springs market.
The 25 agents represent eight different brokerages with a combined 413 years of experience as real estate professionals. Eligibility for membership in this elite group requires agents to meet a high level of yearly real estate residential sales, occupy an office in Dripping Springs, and focus more than 50% of their yearly business within the Dripping Springs community. The goal of the group is to offer the highest level of service to clients as well as a vast degree of expertise in all the intricacies of buying and selling properties in a rural setting which can often be far more multi-faceted than city residential sales.
