High Performance Property Inspections is owned and operated by Michael Tomasz, a TREC professionally licensed home inspector, and native Texan. Michael is accredited by the United States Green Building Council, a Board Member on the Texas Real Estate Professional Inspectors Association, certified by InterNACHI, and has BA and MA degrees from the University of Cincinnati and Yale University. Michael lives in the Austin/Dripping Springs area with his wife, son and two golden retrievers.
