The Austinspect team are a family owned business that have been providing home inspection services in the Austin area for the past 23 years. Owner Chad Garrett is a professional inspector that has personally inspected over 9,000+ homes in and around Austin. Chad’s wife Darla handles all of the scheduling for Chad and their other four inspectors. All inspectors were trained by Chad. Austinspect inspections include thermal imaging and zip level foundation measurements. Inspections can include termite, pool, sprinkler and mold inspections if needed. Austinspect inspectors can perform pre-drywall and commercial inspections as well. All reports are emailed the same day.
